據(jù)油價(jià)網(wǎng)2022年9月19日?qǐng)?bào)道，總部設(shè)在利雅得的聯(lián)合石油數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（JODI）周一公布的最新統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年7月全球石油日需求量大約減少110萬(wàn)桶。從歷史上看，7月份的全球石油需求量通常會(huì)上升而不是下降。

根據(jù)匯集了許多國(guó)家自報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)的JODI公布的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，需求下降的原因是印度、印度尼西亞、歐洲發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體和沙特阿拉伯的石油消費(fèi)量下降。 

總部位于利雅得的國(guó)際能源論壇（IEF）表示，7月份全球的石油需求下降與不包括2020-2021年疫情的5年平均7月的需求形成對(duì)比，顯示需求以日均35萬(wàn)桶的季節(jié)性增長(zhǎng)。  

由于7月份需求下降，7月份全球產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存增加6300萬(wàn)桶，是平均季節(jié)性增長(zhǎng)的3倍多。全球7月份原油庫(kù)存反季節(jié)增加900萬(wàn)桶。然而，JODI數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全球原油和產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存仍比5年平均水平低近4.38億桶。 

沙特阿拉伯7月份原油日需求量反季節(jié)下降19.2萬(wàn)桶，為今年2月以來(lái)首次出現(xiàn)月度下降。 

國(guó)際能源署(IEA)上周在其備受關(guān)注的《石油市場(chǎng)報(bào)告》中表示：“受經(jīng)合組織（OECD）經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)放緩的拖累，全球石油需求增長(zhǎng)繼續(xù)放緩。”

IEA將其對(duì)今年全球石油需求日增長(zhǎng)的預(yù)估比8月下調(diào)11萬(wàn)桶，目前預(yù)計(jì)今年全球石油日需求將增長(zhǎng)200萬(wàn)桶。

Global Oil Demand Dropped By Over 1 Million Bpd In July

Global oil demand fell by an estimated 1.1 million barrels per day (bpd) in July this year the latest data from the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) showed on Monday. Historically, global oil demand normally rises rather than falls in July.

The demand decline was driven by drops in consumption in India, Indonesia, developed European economies, and Saudi Arabia, according to JODI, which compiles self-reported data from many countries.

The July fall in demand is in contrast to the five-year average for the month of July, excluding the pandemic years of 2020-2021, which shows demand rising seasonally by an average of 350,000 bpd, the Riyadh-based International Energy Forum (IEF) said.

As a result of lower demand in July, global product inventories in July increased by 63 million barrels—more than three times the average seasonal increase. Crude inventories increased counter-seasonally by 9 million barrels. However, global crude and product inventories were still nearly 438 million barrels below the five-year average, the JODI data showed.

In Saudi Arabia, demand fell counter-seasonally by 192,000 bpd in July, which was the first monthly decline since February. 

“Growth in global oil demand continues to decelerate, weighed down by renewed an ongoing slowdown in the OECD,” the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in its closely watched Oil Market Report last week.

The IEA revised down its growth estimate for 2022 by 110,000 bpd from last month’s assessment and now expects global oil demand to grow by 2 million bpd this year.
