據(jù)阿拉伯貿(mào)易網(wǎng)達(dá)蘭報(bào)道，沙特阿拉伯國(guó)家石油公司（沙特阿美）日前為自己設(shè)定了幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵的可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，以期在2050年前實(shí)現(xiàn)凈零排放目標(biāo)。 

這些新目標(biāo)是沙特阿美6月15日發(fā)布的首份可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告的一部分。報(bào)告概述了沙特阿美計(jì)劃進(jìn)一步解決碳排放問(wèn)題的方式，同時(shí)提供可靠的、負(fù)擔(dān)得起的能源解決方案。

報(bào)告提供了沙特阿美為支持更廣泛的能源轉(zhuǎn)型所做努力的進(jìn)一步信息，并提供了沙特阿美旨在到2035年前實(shí)現(xiàn)的一系列中期目標(biāo)。沙特阿美希望每年更新可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告。

削減上游碳排放強(qiáng)度計(jì)劃 

到2035年前，沙特阿美的目標(biāo)是將其上游碳排放強(qiáng)度（已經(jīng)是行業(yè)中最低的碳排放強(qiáng)度之一）降低15%，至每桶原油8.7公斤碳當(dāng)量，而2018年的基線為10.2公斤碳當(dāng)量。

循環(huán)碳經(jīng)濟(jì) 

沙特阿美正在利用循環(huán)碳經(jīng)濟(jì)框架，重點(diǎn)是減少、再利用、回收和消除溫室氣體排放。到2035年前，沙特阿美的目標(biāo)將通過(guò)以下方式實(shí)現(xiàn)減排和緩解： 

?  可再生能源投資——每年減少1400萬(wàn)噸的二氧化碳當(dāng)量；

?  投資碳捕獲、利用和儲(chǔ)存技術(shù)——每年減少1100萬(wàn)噸的二氧化碳當(dāng)量； 

?  提高能源效率——每年減少1100萬(wàn)噸二氧化碳當(dāng)量； 

?  減少甲烷和燃燒——每年減少100萬(wàn)噸二氧化碳當(dāng)量；

?  抵消交易——每年減少1600萬(wàn)噸二氧化碳當(dāng)量。

報(bào)告還概述了沙特阿美發(fā)展藍(lán)色氨和氫業(yè)務(wù)的重點(diǎn)，目標(biāo)是到2030年前每年生產(chǎn)多達(dá)1100萬(wàn)噸藍(lán)色氨，有潛力支持重型運(yùn)輸、加熱和工業(yè)應(yīng)用等難以脫碳的行業(yè)的大幅減排。 

在編寫這份報(bào)告的過(guò)程中，沙特阿美評(píng)估了150多個(gè)環(huán)境、社會(huì)和治理問(wèn)題，以確定它們對(duì)公司主要利益相關(guān)者的相對(duì)重要性。沙特阿美表示，可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告強(qiáng)調(diào)了四個(gè)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域：氣候變化和能源轉(zhuǎn)型、安全運(yùn)營(yíng)和人類發(fā)展、最小化環(huán)境影響和不斷增長(zhǎng)的社會(huì)價(jià)值。

Aramco sets new key targets in net-zero drive

The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) has set itself several key sustainability goals to achieve by 2035 as part of its operational net-zero ambition. 

The new targets are part of the company's first sustainability report published on Wednesday (June 15). It outlines ways in which the company plans to further tackle emissions while delivering reliable, affordable energy solutions.

The report, which the company expects to update on an annual basis, provides further information on Aramco’s efforts to support the broader energy transition, with a set of interim targets the company aims to achieve by 2035. 

The report’s release follows the company’s announcement of its ambition to achieve net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its wholly-owned operated assets by 2050. 

Plans to cut upstream carbon intensity

By 2035 Aramco aims to reduce its Upstream carbon intensity, already one of the lowest in the industry, by 15% to 8.7kg of CO2 equivalent per barrel of oil equivalent (CO2e/boe), against a 2018 baseline of 10.2kg CO2e/boe. 

The company also aims to reduce or mitigate net Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions across its wholly-owned operated assets, both in its Upstream and Downstream segments, by more than 50 million metric tons of CO2e annually by 2035, when compared to the business-as-usual forecast.

Circular Carbon Economy

Aramco is harnessing the Circular Carbon Economy framework, which focuses on reducing, reusing, recycling and removing GHG emissions. By 2035, it aims to achieve emissions reduction and mitigation through:

? Renewables investment — 14 million metric tons of CO2e reduction annually

? Investing in Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage — 11 million metric tons of CO2e reduction annually

? Energy efficiency improvements — 11 million metric tons of CO2e reduction annually

? Methane and flaring reduction — 1 million metric tons of CO2e reduction annually

? Offsets — 16 million metric tons of CO2e mitigation annually

The report also outlines the company’s focus on developing its blue ammonia and hydrogen business, with the aim of producing up to 11 million metric tons of blue ammonia per year by 2030 -- with the potential to support significant emissions reductions in hard-to-decarbonize sectors such as heavy-duty transport, heating, and industrial applications.

In compiling the report, and to identify appropriate metrics and performance indicators, Aramco evaluated more than 150 environmental, social and governance topics to establish their relative importance to the company’s key stakeholders. The sustainability report highlights four focus areas: climate change and the energy transition, safe operations and people development, minimising environmental impact, and growing societal value, the company said.
