據(jù)阿納多盧新聞5月7日消息稱，周三晚些時候，Equinor宣布以9100萬歐元的價格從私募股權(quán)公司Enterprise Investors手中收購波蘭陸上可再生能源開發(fā)商Wento的100%股份。

　　Equinor表示，此次收購支持該公司努力成為能源轉(zhuǎn)型的領(lǐng)先公司，同時為波蘭能源市場的增長提供了強大的平臺。

　　Wento的商業(yè)計劃包括在不同發(fā)展階段的總計約16吉瓦(GW)太陽能項目的凈管道。

　　Equinor負責新能源解決方案的執(zhí)行副總裁Pal Eitrheim說：“這項交易將增強我們在Equinor新興核心領(lǐng)域波蘭的投資組合并使之多樣化。它為我們提供了一個在過渡市場中實現(xiàn)可再生能源顯著增長的陸上增長平臺。”

　　Equinor acquires Polish renewables company Wento

　　Equinor completed an agreement to buy 100% of the shares in Polish onshore renewables developer Wento from the private equity firm Enterprise Investors for €91 million, the company announced late Wednesday.

　　Equinor said the acquisition supports the company's effort to be a leading company in the energy transition while providing a strong platform for growth in the Polish energy market.

　　Wento’s business plan includes a total net pipeline of around 1.6 gigawatts (GW) of solar projects in different stages of development.

　　"This transaction will strengthen and diversify our portfolio in Poland, an emerging core area for Equinor. It gives us an onshore growth platform in a transition market set for significant renewables growth," said Pal Eitrheim, executive vice president for New Energy Solutions at Equinor.
